REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2020 season:

LMSA is gearing up for another season.  Registration is limited, so be sure to sign up early. 

Please note that fees increase the later that you register.

2020 ONLINE REGISTRATION

You can now register from the comfort of your own home starting March 1, 2020.  Please see instructions below.

Players previously registered

• go to https://lmsa.powerupsports.com and select log-in on the right hand side of the screen and enter your user name (email) and password
• Please follow the step by step instructions provided online

To register online for the first time,

• go to https://lmsa.powerupsports.com and select sign up on the right hand side of the screen.
  
• Create a password (at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter)
• Enter your contact information under the customer/guardian profile and also enter "Spouse or Supplementary Guardian" information to ensure that both parents/guardians receive emails from the coach.
• If you want to coach or plan to play in the women's division, please indicate "yes" to the question "Will you be playing or participating" and enter your birth date
• Once you have added the guardian information, then you will be able to add children to your profile
  
• Please follow the step by step instructions provided online

Don't worry .... you can still register in-person during the registration days (listed below), where one of our volunteers will be happy to walk you through the online registration system using our computers.  As all registrations have to be entered into the online system, in-person registration may take longer than it did in the past as there are no paper registration forms and the speed of the internet is somewhat of an unknown at the arena.

In-Person Registration Date

• Monday March 23, 2020 at the Henderson Recreation Centre from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM
• Tuesday April 21, 2020 at the Henderson Recreation Centre from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM

Special Requests

Requests to play with ONE other individual MAY BE considered, only if both parties list each other within the special requests section of their registration form (reciprocal requests).  Please note that special requests may only be considered after team balance (skill, gender, etc), and cannot be guaranteed.  For example, if John Smith submits a special request to play on the same team as Paul Jones, and Paul Jones submits a request to play with John Smith, then the system will acknowledge a reciprocal request. Although an acknowledgement does not guarantee they will be on the same team but chances would be higher.  However, if John Smith lists Paul Jones, and Paul Jones lists Andy Peters, then the system will not acknowledge the special request and if John and Paul end up on the same team it will be by happenstance, and is unlikely to happen.

Proof of Age

• Proof of age has to be submitted for all registrants as this is the first year using the online system.  You will not need to submit proof of age in future years.  To submit proof of age please submit a picture/scan of a birth certificate or health card to loyalistsoccer@gmail.com. Please ensure the file/picture  is legible.  
  

Payment Options

• Payments by credit card can be entered using the secure online system
• Payments by cash can be submitted in person at one of the three registration days (listed above)
• Payments made by cheque can be made payable to LMSA and either mailed to LMSA, 939 Heaton Road, Kingston, ON K7P 1Y7 or dropped off during the registration day (listed above)
  
• Payments by etransfer can be sent to loyalistsoccer@gmail.com with the password being the postal code entered on your registration form (no spaces)
• If you are paying your fee in installments, please select payment plan number 1 online and we will follow up with you.  Full payment is due no later than April 20. Please note that if payment is not received by April 20th, the player will NOT BE placed on a team until payment is received.
• If you are using a third party payment option (Jumpstart, etc), please contact Heather-Ann at loyalistsoccer@gmail.com to secure a payment code

Please note the following:

• Proof of age is mandatory (if you haven't played in LMSA before)
• Players will not be permitted to ‘play up’ or ‘play down’ a division unless it is an exceptional circumstance and approved by LMSA Division Convenor AND the President or Vice President in writing and in consultation with the parent/guardian.

Refund Policy
• All refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee and all requests must be made in writing.
• Refund minus administration fee will be granted if request is received before May 31 AND and the uniform is returned, if applicable•

• No refunds will be given for rained out games
